Casa Caribe is a beachfront low-density 3-floor condominium complex, consisting of 24 privately-owned units. Ideally situated in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, Casa Caribe is located within close proximity to shopping, restaurants, water sports, and snorkeling.

Terms & Conditions
All rates are in USD and include up to 6 guests.
Extra guests ages 3+ are subject to an extra person fee of $75 per night.
If extra persons are added to a reservation, the applicable fees will be added for the duration of the reservation.
13% government tax and 6% service fee applied to all totals.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Pets are not permitted.
All units are non-smoking.
Holiday rates from December 17 – January 3 are non-commissionable.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to confirm a reservation.
January 4 – December 16: balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
December 17 – January 3: balance is due 120 days prior to arrival.
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or wire transfer.
Cancellation Policies
January 4 – December 16
Cancellations, date changes and condo changes are accepted if received more than 60 days prior to arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, 4% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be forfeit.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
December 17 – January 3
